I hung up the phone and ran towards the stairs. Talking to Mike, I had lost track of time and now I was late for dinner. Once I was downstairs I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and hesitantly walked into the kitchen. Nick, Joe, and Kevin were all sitting around the table eating. I took my seat between Nick and Joe. I noticed that there was no plate set in front of me.

"Oh Allison," Kevin said looking up from his plate. "Nice of you to join us."

I watched as they all ate their pasta with tomato sauce and garlic bread. "Is there a problem Al?" Nick asked, noticing my questioning eyes. They all looked up at me. I shook with fear. "Where's my plate?" I asked nervously. "Well we set the table for everyone who came to dinner on time," Kevin answered.

"Well, what am I supposed to eat?" I asked. "Oh, so now you're hungry?" Joe asked. I was silent. "Well aren't you?" Joe asked, pushing his plate in front of me. I looked around the table at each of their faces, not sure of what was to come. "Y-yes," I answered shaking.

"Well here have mine," Joe said handing me a fork. I stared at it blankly. "Well go on," he prodded, "Take it."

Timidly, I reached for the fork. "Well aren't you going to take a bite?" he asked. I looked from him to the plate of pasta. I slowly scooped up a fork load of pasta and took a bite. I chewed and swallowed it. "You like that?" Joe asked with a sick grin on his face.

I was so terrified that I'd barely even tasted it. I nodded anyway. "Well here," he said shoving my face into the plate of pasta, "have some more!"

I tried to come up for air, but Joe held me down. I tried screaming for help, but all my attempts were smothered by the plate and Joe's massive grip. Nick and Kevin watched me struggle, laughing as if I was their entertainment. "Stop! Please!" I begged, tears streaming down my cheeks. "Aw, you don't want desert?" he shouted, lifting my head from the plate and throwing me to the floor. I shook my head, writhing with pain.

"When we tell you to be somewhere you better be there!" he yelled kicking my abdomen harshly. I screamed, clutching my stomach. Kevin and Nick grabbed my arms and yanked me up to my feet. Kevin crossed my arms tightly behind my back as Nick lifted up my shirt, exposing my bruised and broken body. "You know what happens when you break the rules around here!" Joe shouted unbuckling his belt, doubling it over. I tried to wriggle out of Kevin's grip, but it was useless.

"Please I'm sorry!" I shrieked; my vision now blurred from my salty tears. "What?" Joe yelled lashing the leather belt at me. I screeched as the leather whipped my battered skin. "I can't hear you!" he said whipping me continuously, tiny cuts forming with every hit. "I'm sorry!" I shrieked. Finally Joe stopped and Kevin threw me into the counter.

I grasped my stomach tightly as I sunk to the cold, tile floor, unable to hold myself up any longer. The three watched as my body trembled and my breath quickened. I tried to calm myself down by taking deep breaths, but every time I made little progress a new pain would take over, causing me to cry out in agony. I heard footsteps and slowly turned to my side. I looked up to find Nick standing there, looking down at me. "Next time don't be late..." he mumbled, and then left the room.
